Yeah, I'm past thinking any of the workouts are easy! What did you use for dips? I was gonna use the parallettes... I'd still be here tomorrow if it was 100 ring dips!

Lea - you could do 100 ring dips broken down into blocks of 10!!!

well only managed seven rounds of this... got a torn hand and I was on 20'44" I was aiming for between 25-30 mins, dont think I would have made that... tomorrow's another day huh...
