Ended up cryin off yesterday... So did the HSPU Pistol PU w/o amrap 20 min, only got 7, my kippin chin ups: just aint! Well its te big wheel tomorrow! I'll have Monday off then I'm on for 4 days straight coz I cant come in next weekend. See you all on Tues 6.30a.m.
