This was a good WOD. Much harder than I thought it would be & certainly felt it afterwards. Managed to stay consistent throughout the 3 rounds.

I could have done without the extra 10 burpees that I owed James P though at the end!!!

I never agreed to 20! G-man was too tired from his decorating exploits yesterday.

You;ll be attending the gym on your own this evening then Adam as there is no way that Mr Fryer is going to show!

290 for me today, was happy i beat my old score but gutted i didn't break 300. I feel the transition times prevented this big time, I had to adjust the rower foot holds and had to hunt out a 20lb med ball for wall balls each time.

Enough moaning, 300 next time!!!
