16.30 on this one for me, back on my double days and feeling good. Sit ups continue to be what slows me down although could do with knocking a minute or 2 off my pull ups, 5.30 split for pull ups and then playing catch up from there.
Enjoyed it though, not sure i have done it before so its a PB!!!

I think last time was definitely mid to late 30's!!! so more like 7/9Min's better than last time happy days!!
