Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Deadlift 135kg
Bench 90kg
Power Clean 65kg

25 and some seconds, not sure how many.

Found the deadlift hard at the start but definately struggled with bench more towards the end!!
