Well that wasn't exactly a finisher but it did the job, I did:
5-5-5 Shoulder Press worked up to 63kg
3-3-3 push press from a fully cocked rack position ( very weird) hit 80kg
then worked up to 95% 1rm working on a new front rack position. finshed on 100kg
Then did WOD in 23.28 shoulders were and are still fried!!
the 1rm was split jerk
