Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

I actually hated this todays wod. This was the first time I have ever thought I was not going to finish a wod - and that was only mid way through the 2nd round.

47mins - not a good time at all - but the first time i have done this many pull ups without a band - so every silver lining i guess.

I feel like shit now though!!!!!!!!

Ha, ha, now do I give some banter back for yesterday? Na, I'll be nice.

33 mins RX for me but should have probably pushed it a bit harder in the 1st couple of rounds.

Macca, I went for your 33.57 with vigour but missed it by 23 seconds.

34.20 for me.

I hate SIT UPS, but they are getting better.

All pull ups unbroken though so happy with that.
