Darren your video was a let down if you look closely that guy has a hook thing on his ankle and he isnt holding on by just his toes. I wont tell Neil that and try to get him to try it tomorrow when he is half asleep :-); 5 July 2010 at 11:06

Adam said...: Dave - its all about prevention now. I have really had to work hard on getting mine sorted and will now have to be strict and maintain them better as mine could have been a lot worse!
