Nice workout this morning, the Parker boys representing the mornign crew!!

I did 8.59 I think... did the first 8 reps of the overheads with the 50 but it proved too much for me this morning, dropped it to 30, the rest was all good though.

To be fair all the ring dips we have been doing ring push ups were a breeze!!

Gutted I missed this WOD, it looks really good! I think I might have to do a double WOD tomorrow and include this.

Anyone know if the hoodies have turned up and what they look like?

Sorry, but Gareth wanted me to explain my earlier comment... You see Adam mentioned 'the hoodies' and I took it to mean those vagabond types who hang around street corners who adopt a dialect that is obviously not of the typical crossfitter. I do apologise, just a warped sense of humour. Carry on old chaps.
