Guys, sorry I wasnt there this morning, Neil blew me out at the last minute this morning so I used that as an excuse to stay in bed. I will be in around lunch time though!

I hope Matt was made to go at least to 90 if his shorts allowed him that is!

I didn't post any totals because I gayed out & didn't do the WOD. My back is incredibly tight from yesterday & could feel pulling just lifting the bar.

Everybody elses squats were pretty good this morning though.

Went a little different on this and did box squats. Managed to work upto 160kg. Nearly lost my ass at the end!!

Really good fun!!
