Went down to Graham's garage gym and did Cycle there 2 miles 120Kg x 10, 100 x 20, 80 x 30 cycle home... funny how a lil deadlifting makes the pedals feel lighter on the way home.. sshhh don't tell Osteo-Tom I worked out....
This is me BOTEING (Maaca = Mac Stupid!!!) Yes I should be doing more but my back is some what a weak zone!!!! It's all about building up slowly and not walking around as if i have just had a rectal examination!!!! Hey Toby am I right???

Toby. . . . . . .MTFU. Ha, ha, it probably hurts as you & Mr Wiles were doing some heavy lifts. Sometimes it pays to be weak like me.
I thought my back wouldn't like this WOD but it must have toughened up since the last time we did deadlifts! I actually feel ok at the moment.
Sounds like you can go heavier then Macca. You know for next time.

Hit 205kg on this one. finished with:
205/150/200/120/200/100 = 975kg
