I thought Tabata was record the lowest rep round in each exercise and add together?
Shhh Dave, That was the 2nd time round - the first time we done this it was total reps - i prefer this idea :)Bring it on - hungry for this!!!! Whoop Whoop!

Loved this WOD today, felt pretty good all the way through although the lactic built up quickly on the press ups!
406 or 7 on this one, not sure now. Pull ups were good, press ups and sit ups were tough squats were goodPB by over 30 reps though so have got to be happy
