This is 2 in a row that i have enjoyed. didnt think that would ever happen.

maybe the enjoyment today came from smashing macca at this wod. for his poor effort today at the bear, i shall refer to him as boo boo.

You're so wise. You're like a miniature Buddha, covered in hair. Ok Yogi, listen up! You beat me by less than a minute on this WOD. I think that if you take in to account Fridays WOD where I smashed you by about 13 minutes & yesterdays where I finished 4 minutes+ in front of you then I'll take finishing 50 seconds behind you in this one.

Plus I'm sure I saw you taking sneaky rests on which were not allowed!

50 seconds on a 4:17 wod, is a greater percentage to what you have beaten me in the past - thus making me the superior athlete

Yeah but you keep swiping Graham's "pic-a-nic basket" . . . . .

I was lifting the same weight whilst being smaller & lighter. How do the percentages match up now?!

Forgot to mention the fact that I smashed you over 400m as well!!! Tee he, this is fun.

Ah touché Dave, after seeing the state ofyour hands I'm quite glad that I didn't enter the comp. Game on for next year though, I may even have achieved a muscle up by then.

However I can't weight for another bodyweight WOD, then we'll see who is doing the mocking Mr Fryer!

dave - i was going to do it - but then i thought of the shame you would feel being smahsed up by a fatty (me). so i took one for the team and didnt enter. this way you dont look bad and dont lose interest in crossfit.

4:11 on this and realised that I needed to do 9 front squats in the middle as I forgot them. I did take a 60 penalty while I found the dummy that I spat out of the gym!!
