Hahahaha, sorry won't be there! Call it a rest day or just the fact that I'm pissed and will have a hangover in the morning - needless to say I won't be there. Have fun!!!!

10 mins . . . . Happy days then. To be honest I was feeling pretty tired this morning & took a few too many rest breaks during the WOD.

One thing hasn't changed since we last did this WOD though . . . . I STILL HATE BURPEES!!!!

This morning was very tough work, I have to agree with short ass!! (Macca) BURPEES are still the very worst thing you can voluntary take part in...Why do I do it??????

After 6 barable exercises 50 very emotional burpees and some double unders I registered a time of 29.48. Not as good as I was hoping but my hamstrings, quads and glutes were fried from yesterday!!
