Helen today for me, got to get under 11 mins for the level 2 plus doing the 53-1 strength so avoiding strength WODs for a few more weeks

I have Grace and a short 10 min metco and will be in over lunch if anyone is about!

Dave you should be able to get under 11 if you are fresh and your hands dont fall apart :-) try cutting the cycle down on the KBs that should gain you time across the three rounds.

G-Man I used the new addition to the morning crew at lunch, if i am honest fella that stuff is not going to be-able to get the product out of Maccas hair!

Can your Mrs get any Swarfega, i think that might help Macca?

Managed 9.35 for my Helen today, my forearms were howling from yesterdays rope climbs though so reckon there is more there fresh!!
