40 intervals of 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest of:

8 x row (Count calories)
8 x Pull Ups
8 x Press Ups
8 x Sit Ups
8 x Squats

Count worst score on each exercise for total i.e row = 9/9/9/9/6/9/9/9 score = 6

Macca's wasnt rx'd - he cheated. he used weights over his feet to support him when doing his sit ups. he is a CHEAT

Great point Dave. Toby is just bitter as I whipped his ass again. i think that's 2 sessions to 1 in my favour this week Mr Fryer?! I'm praying for a non-strength day tomorrow or else the banter will be endless!!!!
