My score wasn't great but I like bench presses. It was close on the 90kg, will get there next time! Enjoyed the cheeky row afterwards as well.

Adam I wasn't late I just arrived at a different time to the others that's all!!!!

Need more work on this I want to get to 100kg mark....

Enjoyed this one, managed 120 on the bench and then followed it with a 3.17 1k on the rower.

It will do!!!!

Special mention to our American guests, my first multi national WOD was a good one... oh and thanks for the t-shirt, it will get a lot of use!!!!
