OMG, I'm going to need a miracle to get through this one today. Angie nailed me yesterday!
I felt bad this morning after 3 other tough workouts this week but once I got going at this is soon wore off. Flew through the 1st 6 exercises but I hate those 2 pood KB's. Heavy, heavy f*@%$rs!!!
Didn't manage any rope climbs either as I'm rubbish at them so just pulled myself up on the rope. I think the time was about 20mins?
Macca surely a little lad like you should be able to pull yourself up a rope? Thought you loved the body weight stuff? Bet your little lad could climb it!
I have a funny feeling this will either kill me later of banish my hangover following a days drinking at the cricket!
I thought yesterday was bad...but i think this might be worse! No pain no gain...roll on 5pm! :-)
I do love the bodyweight stuff but rope climbs are for monkey's! The G-man should be able to do them better than me.

G-Man can touch the top of the rope when he is on his tip toes so no issues there!

It is true you can never have too much of a good think and I proved that last night (i also think i sobered up about 10 mins ago!)

Ok so i did it this morning (Friday) with Ben and I did it 15.27ish I think, can't quite remember, my body has only just stopped shaking. Ben did it in 16.20 something which was a good time and he only had to scale double unders and rope climbs so that is good.
Well happy with my time thoguh!!!
