What a horrible little workout. The lactic in my arms built up after the first 21 HSPU's & it was all downhill from there. 13 minutes RX'd & now for a nice 2 1/2hr drive!
I agree Macca, it's now 7.55pm and my are are in bits!!!!!Also those Rocca(i think) push ups/handstand progression things are a KILLER!!!!!Thanks Darren for introducing these to my life,GIT.
9:55Did the first set of 21 rx then had to hit the bands for the 15 & 9 before my triceps exploded..
9.29rx for me on this, think it is a PB though last time I used bands so I guess it is defo a PB!!
