This WOD should be re-named "Macca are you ok?". I was completely ball bagged after this, really struggled for energy this morning & found it tough.

Thrusters on to wall-balls hurt a lot & then when you want to catch a breath you are straight in to burpees!

Beforehand I was hoping to easily do this in under 20mins but I didn't even get close. 23mins RX'd = 1 really dissapointed little Macca :(

No it would appear it was lost in text message.

We did it tonight though, 21 minutes Rx'd.

Gutted I did this first as didn't know what a good time was and it would appear around 17 and half minutes is a good time!! Well dne James

Fu*ked, I am Fu*ked!!! That was an awful 25mins (with rowing Macca), it all went tits up the moment I started the thrusters, I hate thrusters!! Had a very shakey half hour drive after this WOD - interesting.
Cheers for the help Dave - I'll try not to flip you the bird next time.

Was really happy to beat my bruv by 2 minutes after he said i wouldn't. Then James stuffed everyone which wasn't so good lol.

That was nails! Haven't really posted anything on here before, which is a little bad as i work here. But as I got the time of the day of 17.33 & nearly died, i thought it would be worth it.

Dont worry dave is pissed off that everyones beat him this evening.
