GymWod completed by everyone including Splitter...Jay had to scale backward rolls for roly-pollies, should have video'd that :]

Those L pull ups were hardcore! I couldn't get in to much of a rythm as the first 5 or 6 in a set were ok but then just pain! Oh well something else thats new to tick off the list.

Loved doing the gymnastic WOD afterwards as well, felt like I was 6 again!

did the gymwod in the warm up and enjoyed it, although got a little dizzy at times.

As for the main wod had to scale l-pull ups, way to hard for me, heavy legs i think lol. Something else to work on, that list is ever growing!!!
