My rope climbs are awful....FACT! My arms felt like they had been wrenched from there sockets by the time I had finished which made the drive to Bournemouth this morning pretty interesting!

4/4/3/2/4 - Hands and back were fried. Point to self " lock the feet in better to avoid Dragging my balls down the rope (twice)"
