Have decided the BFM lent to us by Dave is broke...tested myself 3 times in a row and ranged from 15% to 20%...that explains Macca's freak reading when we all know he's a little porker :]

Now now, there is no need for that! Whats a good reading on that anyway? All I can say is that it's a good job Fryer wasn't there :)

Enjoyed this WOD today which is strange as I hate rowing. It was good trying to keep pace with James though as it made me push that little bit harder.

7 rounds and 10 push ups for me,

I still find press ups hard for some reason when i get above 50 in a wod let alone 150!! They hurt in cindy and they hurt in this, considering my rows range from 1.35 to 1.45 consistantly!! Oh well they will come!!
