Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Didn't have a recorded time for this when we last did it in October but looking at my post I struggled. My previous time in July was 33:57 so quite happy to have knocked over 3mins off of that.

The 10k run I did on Saturday didn't help though, my legs felt uber heavy during the squats!!!

ok, so expected this workout last night and instead got the work out from HELL!!!!!!!!!!! the pain!!!
