So ego tripping this morning, we did 24 inch box jumps as that is all we have if you don't want to mess around with plates, and then finished it with GHD back extensions.
Time of 19.04 which I am fairly happy with some small milestones
30 unbroken box jumps, some good quality on dumbell power cleans so fairly happy
