11.57 is my target for you all, did it today (Monday) Cheeky but not too bad!!

Man up G-man, it actually wasn't bad. The first set of deads was the worst for me then all felt ok, even the running!

11:49 for me on this one so happyish with the time. I tried to pace myself a little on the runs as I thought my legs would be hurting later on in the rounds but as it didn't happen I think I should have pushed the runs a little bit harder!
