Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1


Skill:


Accumuate 50 pistols / 50 high box step ups (box should be at a height where hip is below parallel when foot is on box)


WOD:


1-10-1-20-1-30 deadlifts – Each single should be close to if not max


Level 1 women @ 40/30/20 – men@ 60/50/40


Level 2 women – 50/40/30 - 


Men – 80/65/50


Level 3 women 60/50/40 -


men 150-110-75 for the 10-20-30
