I'm not looking forward to this later. I'm really going to struggle to do 2000mtrs on the rower & I can't climb the ropes. Could be an interesting session & those look like some pretty decent times!

Macca I am tempted to come in again and watch G-Man attempt to climb the ropes!

Just as an update I had 2 needles stuck 3" in to my hip this morning........GOOD TIMES!!!

I wouldn't worry too much, according to Darren you only have to talk in a rope accent (Whatever that may be) not actually climb them, as that would be an assent.

7.09 for my 2k time trial which hurt a lot today, followed by 3 climbs in 1.05 not bad really wanted sub 7.10 and i got it so very pleased.

Time to beat looks like Rich with 6.58 on the row and 3 climbs in 26seconds. Well done fella!!

Has anyone picked up any grey Adidas tracksuit bottoms by accident? James has lost his and is crying like a baby. If you do find you have a pair of bottoms matching that description which have Goliath length legs please could you bring them in and make James a happy boy. Many thanks.
