Monday 16 August

Snatch, 1 rep (Find 1 rep max)
Clean and jerk, 1 rep (Find 1 rep max)

As many rounds and reps as possible in ten minutes of:

55kg Squat clean, 6 reps
12 Pull-ups
24 Double-unders

Add together the best snatch (in kg), the best clean and jerk (in kg), and the total reps performed in the triplet for your final score.

Poor turn out from the early crew this morning. . . . . . Which was actually a good thing as nobody could witness how bad I was at this WOD!

I'm putting it down to being a Monday morning & the beer I had yesterday. 3 rounds. . . . . That SUCKS!!!

65kg Snatch and 95kg Clean and Jerk on the Max work and then 4 rounds plus 12 pull ups for the AMRAP.

Giving me a grand total of 160kg combined lift and 186 reps

So in summary 346 total and quite pleased with it!!

Ummm I think it was 50kg on the snatch & only 60kg/65kg on the clean & jerk which would give me a total of 241 at best???

No excuse, just really weak this morning!
