15 ft Rope Climb, 5 ascents
21 Ring dips
50 Squats

Rope climbs are hard & I only managed 2 again!!! Going to have to keep on practicing these. . . .

Happy with the dips though & got through them & the squats quite quickly.

i completed asrx'd in about 21mins, Gareth witnessed me lose the skin off of both on my shins!

I enjoyed the WOD, not so much enjoying my legs burning now!

Macca I am suprised you found it hard seeing as you only weigh 9st 4lb? I can understand why Toby cried off, but seriously Macca, 2 climbs?

Forgot to shout out to G-Man, i believe you smashed out 5 pull ups this am - unbanded!

I hope Neil does come back training as he will be the only one doing banded pull ups if he does!

I'm surprised to see that you made it back from your 3 Peaks Adam as in one photo on FB it looked as if Toby may have eaten you! Well done by the way.

Did MR Fryer actually make it to the gym today then?

I honestly could only manage 2 rope climbs but I'm going to keep at it to get the technique spot on. Was even thinking of going back tonight to try again!

No Mrs Fryer is getting ready for her holiday so we wont see she for a while though she is getting her back waxed so she will stop blocking the showers up with hair!

Have a look on crossfit.com there are a couple of vids on there that might help or talk to boltz!

My legs are stinging after lunchtime!

My goal going in to this was to do all of the climbs, goal achieved!! 19.21, I think I could have gone quicker on the climbs but I didn't want to fail any attempts nor fall from the top. Good fun though.
