cool - 5 pull ups, 10 press ups & 15 squats. sounds good with Med Ball Cleans - im up for this, and glad you guys worked a sweat - am feeling slightly on the chunky side - need to work it off!

I think I may as well have used the swiss ball to be honest! Who is James? I thought that it was Matt W doing the WOD this morning . . . . . Tee he, sorry James but that was funny.

17 rounds for me with the 20 med ball, push ups hurt the most for me on this. Although I did pistols and box jumps in my warm up as need to improve them and then did heavy back squats before doing the WOD so got to be happy with it...think I left my glutes on the floor!!
Yeah just call me Matt, it was my turn to cock up the WOD. I couldn't understand why you were all flying ahead and I was only on round 4!!! Dick Head!!!!

I loved this WOD this morning even though at the end of it I was blowing out of my @rse & there was just a pool of sweat where I once stood.
I completed 17 rounds albeit with the lightest med ball . . . . . well all the others were being used!!!!
It was a fun session this am, was good to be part of the groups session instead of in the corner on my own ;-)
