The old legs felt heavy this morning after a long run Saturday so just glad to get through this really with an ok time. Would have hoped to have gone faster if fresher.
To then make matters worse doing yesterdays deadlift WOD didn't help too much! I think I finally fell over at 8mins 39secs to complete.

To then make matters worse doing yesterdays deadlift WOD didn't help too much! I think I finally fell over at 8mins 39secs to complete.
It works out as 16.14 for me on this WOD, all work and rest periods included which includes the 2 minute rest after the third 800m too.
I am happy with that split times of 3.22, 3.30 and 3.22 so fairly consistant.
Oh and the route was an out and back following the main road up around the green to the third lamp post, touch and back the same route, 800m exactly.
