Woohoo new PB, got to be happy with that! Should have really pushed myself harder in the last few minutes though to get another round in.

Felt fine & did everything unbroken until about round 22/23 then the push ups hurt :)I'm going after Boltz's 27 rounds next time tee he!

Macca at 15 minutes you hit 20 rounds and I thought you were on course for 28+ but the wall was hit!!!

I did the gymWOD this morning, 176 singles in 90s followed by piked sit ups(20) then 112 Double Unders in 90s followed by pancake split sit ups (20)

Followed this up with some Oly lifting work, good times, 2 a day here I come for the next 5 weeks!!!

24 rds which is a new PB by one. Aimed for Macca but those extra 30kgs are killing me. Next time 27rds!
