I thought my time was pretty bad this morning. Didn't feel energised at all & just wanted to complete the WOD as I was knackered. Therefore when I finished I was a bit dissapointed with my time.

However I have just looked at my previous time & realised that I've knocked over 5mins off it so now I feel a little bit better :) Although it will probably be smashed by Dave & co later!

HP did this one tonight in 25.20. We decided to scale it to 30 reps of everything and build from there. Good effort though
