Five rounds for max reps of: Body weight bench press Pull-ups
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

Bench @ 110kg / Pullups 3 8 2 10 2 11 1 21 2 20 bench is disapointing ass have kinda negleted it as of late to concentrate on cv type workouts, will have to revisit these. Pullups I was well chuffed with. My grip was the thing that let me down the most rather than my strength?! Hands are so raw.
