Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

bench is disapointing ass have kinda negleted it as of late to concentrate on cv type workouts, will have to revisit these. Pullups I was well chuffed with. My grip was the thing that let me down the most rather than my strength?! Hands are so raw.
