This was fun racing Macca this morning, who would have known that the little hill leading up to the round about would be such a little bugger?

Couldn't face the games WOD, it's demoralised me a little! Quite enjoyed this one but my busted rib plays havoc on the back extensions. Will have to use the GHD for these in future.

Had fun racing Matt on the runs but you're right, that little slope felt pretty big today!
