Run 100 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Sit-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Squats
Run 100 meters
50 Back extensions

only sprinted 70 meters and found this plenty long enough and really enjoyed this one. Working out outside in the sunshiiiinneeeeee!!!

My legs were burning after yesterdays squats & it took me a round to feel ok running. Good little workout though, enjoyed it.

I really really enjoyed this one though after the 2nd round of squates i was running with jelly legs, was lovely doing it out in the sunshine , though rather hot at mid day :))))
