30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 (fail), 55 PB.............SHABBA. I really enjoyed these this morning, technique felt a lot better & felt a lot more comfortable under the bar. Well except for lift 6 which was an epic fail in to a backwards roll :)
I really enjoyed this as well. Such a difference in my technique and well chuffed with my 55kg.
