If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

Just missed my 15 min aim as it took me about 3mins to get the last 3 out! Nevermind, still my first fully RX'd muscle up WOD so that's good.

Good effort James, I suprised myself here, thought it would take longer in the end gutted to miss out on 10mins!! Next time
