TAFS,
To celebrate our first On-Ramp course reaching their test week I thought it would be nice for us all to join them and throwdown togther. The workout is as follows:
1) Establish a 5rm Back Squat
2) Max Effort 1km Row
3) 10 min AMRAP of 10 x Box Jumps / 10 x Sit Ups / 10 x Air Squats
