Sorry Dave, was away all day Monday & then busy with work the last 2 days. I can't believe I have actually had to work quite hard, bang out of order!
I struggled with this WOD. I don't think I have ever managed a 60 Kg clean other than a 1 rep max lift. So was happy that I managed 30 of the f*@kers but technique was awful! I can't even remember what my time was but I know that I was completely smashed by the rest of the group.
It was a good session this morning, great one to come back to after 5days off (oh beer and pizza how I love/loath you!) Managed it in 5.20 I think can't really remember, my head was a bit dizzy after this one, nice not to be going hard for 20-30 mins!!
