Skill:


10-10-10 deadlifts


1min rest


choose 40/60/80/11/120 but these must be unbroken


WOD:


In a pair row as far as possible in 12mins you can add reps by the partner not rowing completing double unders the only issue is you can only double under while the rower is going and any set of double unders has a 5 burpee buy in :)
