6min max handstand walk accumulate time inverted if walking is not an option at the moment


WOD:


Take a set of dumbells 20/15 ideally then perform sealfit man maker every minute for 20minutes – 1 rep = standing down to press up on db to single arm pull with each arm to a squat clean thruster :) make it tough with a 20min amrap
