I don't think I did, it was only 26 seconds. Its not like a full round of Cindy or anything!!! lol.

Nah fair play I was not the better man today but I will take a PB of 14 seconds and keep moving forwards all the time. In fairness I think I did the last 20 or so reps without any forearms!!; 10 November 2010 at 15:40
