I certainly enjoyed this WOD more than yesterdays & I finally got up that rope more than once - WOOHOO!
17 and some change tonight, not quite a pb but my back was killing, box jumps slowed me down massively and didn't really have much feeling in my back after monday when it came to kettlebell swings!!
It was just horrible plain and simple. Never done it before so will obviously be looking to beat it again soon!!
