My score on the CFT this morning was 320KGs, made up of 105/65/150.

I felt like I had more in me as well which I suppose is good, defiantely on the squat & deadlift anyway.

H notched up 208 on the crossfit total, need to work a little on squat depth but other stuff was good.

I managed a new pb on Jackie with 7.59rx

And by god was the deadlift emotional. Talk about bend the knees not the back. I practically body popped the shit out of the bar to get it up. They all count though so I was well happy!
