Well I tried to join the 0630 crew this morning but due to a crash on the a303 (which i'm still stuck at) I couldn't join you guys. I will try and get to the gym tonight!

I did contemplate not getting out of bed this morning & that was before I knew it was a strength day. Glad I did though as I enjoyed it & set some new PB's.
Macca that's good lifting, need to get you doing more heavy lifts to get you out of the baby gap clothes! I didn't get in to the office until 10:30!!
