A nice short sharp start to the week with this one. 5mins something, the deads took me a while. Darren's little WOD afterwards blew me away a bit:

Certainly made me feel better after all the Halloween sweets I have eaten this weekend!

Can't say i am particularly enjoying the though of this rep range with 180 on the bar!!!

I was right it was disgusting, managed the first round rx with 180 on the bar, when i got back to the 7 deads i had to drop it to 150, still got to be happy with the 9.

Back is in bits now though, rest day tomorrow
