PMSL small typo, Kilo's/Poundage lost in translation this morning which is why MY time was 3mins faster than the best times on the main site! To be honest Macca and I don't care it was a good workout and F**kallyall monsters that will be doing it 20 deads with 125kgs later, have fun :]

OMG!!! 26.15 rx'd for me on this but wow it was painful. Managed to suck it up till I got onto the DB's and felt like I was being stabbed in the back consistantly!!!

Still I'll take it with the week we have had, gruelling
