Dude I thought that we agreed to call it salmon & not pink?!

Press ups were slightly emotional on this one. Pistols were ok on the "salmon" band but could do with another progression I think next time.

Well done to all the Pistol first timers today, I have been impressed at how little coaching was needed to get you guys doing these. It appears that regular CrossFit really is preparing you for anything we throw at you!

Macca your progression next time will be to do pistols with Fryer on your back!

That would be like doing a pistol with 200+kgs on my back!!!! I bet he'd still be eating doughnuts while I did them!

Macca - Darren went with what was on the whiteboard and that said PINK :-)

Darren - For Macca to do a pistol with Toby on his back there is one major issue....no not Macca's little legs or Tobys big belly, but Toby actually turning up to train!
